Come own the place you already carry.
If you've done home care, you know the shape of it: give everything, decide nothing, and watch half your pay vanish into an agency. Here it's built the other way around. Membership isn't a perk we dangle — it's the whole design.
Not a job with extras. A share of the whole thing.
A real wage
We pay what skilled work is worth and we say the number out loud. No mystery "competitive pay" that turns out, on payday, not to be.
A vote that counts
One member, one vote — on wages, on policy, on who leads. The people running the co-op are elected by the people giving the care.
A share of the year
When the co-op ends the year ahead, the surplus is split among members. You helped build it, so you share in it. Simple as that.
Backup, not blame
Call off sick and a fellow member covers — no interrogation. We build slack into the schedule on purpose, because a burned-out caregiver helps no one.
Your time, respected
Schedules are built with you. Tell us your hard limits and we plan around them, instead of quietly guilting you past them week after week.
Room to grow
Paid training, mentorship from members who've done this for years, and a real path from new caregiver to elected steward.
We won't pretend it's easy.
The work is physical, the hours can be odd, and some days are genuinely heavy. What we can promise is that you won't carry any of it alone — and never for someone else's profit.
We hire in small cohorts, over coffee, on purpose.
We'd rather meet you than read a résumé. Come to a members' coffee, ask us anything, and see if it fits.
